New FRP FX125 Showcases a Rider-First Approach to Dirt Bike Design
As part of the launch of its new FX Series, FRP is introducing the FX125, a dirt bike designed to give riders greater flexibility through configurable platforms, modern technology, and confidence-inspiring performance.
Available beginning June 15 through Amazon and Shopify, the FX125 has been engineered to accommodate a wide range of riders through its Big Wheel and Small Wheel platform options. Rather than forcing riders into a single configuration, the FX125 allows them to choose the setup that best matches their size, riding style, and terrain preferences.
The Small Wheel version features a lower center of gravity and 260mm rear suspension travel, enhancing maneuverability and rider confidence. The Big Wheel platform increases rear suspension travel to 310mm while providing greater ground clearance and stability for more demanding trail conditions.
Power comes from a proven 125cc air-cooled engine paired with a smooth 4-speed transmission designed to deliver predictable performance and responsive control across varying terrain.
High-Spec FX125 models further elevate the riding experience with a digital instrument cluster displaying speed, RPM, gear position, and mileage, along with adjustable clutch and brake levers that allow riders to personalize ergonomics. Adjustable rear suspension and integrated lighting add further versatility for recreational trail riding.
Every FX125 comes standard with both Electric Start and Kick Start systems, providing dependable operation in changing riding environments.
Launching at a starting MSRP of $998 and ranging up to $1,238 depending on configuration, the FX125 reflects FRP’s commitment to thoughtful engineering, rider-focused design, and versatile off-road performance.
