Saudi Arabia’s AI Shift Moves from Ambition to Execution as Incorpify AI Hosts High-Level Riyadh Forum

RIYADH — Saudi Arabia’s artificial intelligence conversation is evolving, and fast. What was once centred on ambition and long-term strategy is now increasingly focused on execution, governance, and measurable impact.

That shift was on full display on February 10, 2026, when Incorpify AI, in partnership with Plug and Play Saudi Arabia, convened senior government officials, venture capital leaders, and enterprise executives at The Garage in Riyadh for a high-level forum titled “How AI Is Transforming Corporate & Government Services in Saudi Arabia.”

Rather than debating the promise of AI, the discussion turned to implementation. How do organisations integrate AI into regulated, mission-critical environments? How do they balance innovation with compliance? And what infrastructure is required to scale responsibly across both corporate and public-sector systems?

The speaker line-up reflected the institutional weight behind the conversation. Participants included Afnan A. Ababtian, Entrepreneurship and Startup Sector Director at MISA; Homam Meaddawi, General Partner at Khwarizmi Ventures; Faisal Alessa, AI and Analytics Manager; Luca Rubino, Co-Founder and CEO of Incorpify AI; and Kai Schildauer, COO and Co-Founder of Incorpify AI.

Panel discussions explored the growing role of public-private collaboration in accelerating adoption, as well as the importance of aligning AI systems with national regulatory standards. With increasing capital flowing into the sector and stronger institutional engagement, Saudi Arabia’s AI ecosystem is entering a more mature phase, one defined less by experimentation and more by structured deployment.

The event also highlighted Riyadh’s expanding role as a convening ground for strategic technology dialogue within the GCC. As Vision 2030 continues to drive digital transformation across industries, the focus is shifting toward enterprise-grade solutions capable of operating securely at scale.

By hosting the forum alongside Plug and Play Saudi Arabia, part of one of the world’s largest innovation platforms, Incorpify AI positioned itself at the centre of this evolving landscape. The gathering signalled not only growing market confidence in AI adoption, but also a broader movement toward responsible, execution-driven transformation across the Kingdom.
